Refund policy

At Lumi Belle Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, makeup products, and beauty tools are non-returnable once opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened makeup products

  • Damaged items (unless damaged during shipping)

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price

Damaged or Incorrect Items (During Shipping Only)

  • If you receive an item that is damaged during delivery or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during delivery or sent incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
